Shipping & Delivery

UK & Europe (Complimentary Shipping) We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and Europe. All artwork is professionally packed and fully insured during transit.

International Shipping (Outside UK & Europe) For collectors located outside of the UK and Europe, shipping is not included in the list price. Due to the varying costs of international art logistics:

  • A separate shipping invoice will be sent to you via email after your purchase is placed.

  • We will calculate the most secure and cost-effective rate based on your specific location and the dimensions of the piece.

  • Your artwork will be dispatched once the shipping invoice has been paid in full.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Handling Times Please allow 3–5 business days for original works to be prepared for safe transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your work (or your shipping invoice, for international orders) has been processed.

Packaging & Security Fine art requires special care. All works are shipped in professional packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you.

Damages During Transit In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at rory@rozza.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork so we can resolve the issue immediately.
